Sales Order And Pick Ticket With Different Unit Measure
We currently use an item’s Primary Sales Unit of Measure (UOM) on a Sales Order. However, for the Pick Ticket, we require it to use the item’s Primary Stock Unit and perform the necessary conversion from Sales UOM to Stock UOM. Unfortunately, this isn’t happening as expected. Is there something I’m missing or doing incorrectly?
Ideally, we’d like to achieve this without customizing the Pick Ticket Form unless it’s absolutely necessary. If there is no alternative, is there a way to accomplish this through customization?
I would appreciate any help or direction you can provide.
