Exclude Inactive SKUs from "Add Multiple SKUs" button list

I frequently use the "Add Multiple" button when building invoices, sales orders, transfer orders etc. and we have a long list of deactivated SKUs that are included in the list. I would like to make it so these are not included in this dialog, but cannot seem to be able to find a setting that will exclude them. Is there a way to have this list only include active items?
