Invoice Group *How can I add the communication/message date to a saved search?

We have a workflow created some time ago by an ACS expert where we can send emails to our customers with the shipping information from the Invoice Group tool.

What I need is to add to my saved search the field "Date" from the communications tab, what I need is to confirm that we advised our customer about the shipment in transit.

I tried many times but I could not find the field.

I'd appreciate your help.
