Specialized User: CRM and Centers

I am attempting to set up a role using the "Specialized User: CRM". I see when I customized the Role I do not get to select what Center the role uses, it defaults to the Sales Center. I wanted to be able to set up a specific center for my users using the CRM license. Do I not have the ability to change centers for this user at all?
