SCA|Cases| Want to set a custom form for the cases creating through website.

Hi Guys,

I need to set up a custom form specifically for cases created through the SCA website. The client wants website cases to use a different form but does not want to change their existing preferred form. How can I configure a form for a website case without disturbing the existing preferred form?
