Item Demand Forecast by Sales Rep?

I need a view of Item Demand Forecast vs Actual that can align my Sales and Supply Chain teams. I would like something to review together regularly to see the accuracy of our demand forecast, which is mainly set by our sales forecast. I want Sales to feel ownership of this accuracy.

Is there a way to enter an item demand plan by Sales Rep? Then slice the Item Demand Forecast by Sales Rep?

We do not have any advanced demand planning or supply chain features, but I would consider them if that's what's needed to get what I'm after.
