Why is it that when I encounter an error creating a shipping label it takes at least two minutes?

I ship between USPS and FedEx as my courier. Some items have different weight limits so I often have to manually revise it before printing the label.

There are times where the weight is too heavy, too light, I skip over, or whatnot. Regardless, I receive an error.

I fix the error and print the label again. This time, I have to wait at least two minutes before my shipping label prints.

Is there a fix to this so that I never have to wait these two minutes again?
