Auto-create rules for JPY

Hi, I would like to set up auto-create rules for a bank account in JPY but the field "Make Auto-Create Rule From Selected Transactions" is not available for selection. We have bank accounts in 30 different currencies and it's only JPY that I have a problem with. Is the auto-create rule function not available for this currency?
