Netsuite Change tracking
Hello,
I am new to Netsuite and our company uses netsuite to track journal entries & GL. As part of enhancements our team does customizations (script, workflow, field additions etc) and does data modifications on various objects. We use JIRA (disconnected from netsuite) to track these requirements and the solutions.
Short of adding Jira Ticket# in descriptions, is there a better way to link/track JIRA with changes
For example
- In below screenshot, i created a script and uploaded the js file. I can add some JIRA ticket# in description
- Then i do some backfill on existing records for the new requirement
