Creating a Transaction Line Field to show customers last price paid.
Hello,
I am working to create a transaction line field that will be populated, after an item is entered in a transaction, with the price that specific customer last paid. This is to reduce errors in pricing and ensure consistency in my business. I have created a saved search that pulls all the customers most recent purchases for all items.
Next, I created the transaction line field and included it in quotes, sales orders, and invoices.
I am currently struggling with the workflow which will pull these all together. I have created a sublist action group and another action off of that to set the field value of my line field (Last Price Paid) but it wont populate. I am lost on how to solve this and this is my last resort for help.
