Custom entity field, defaulting from a saved search, not displaying value on another saved search
Hi,
I created a custom Customer Field to show a customer's last sale date.
It picks up the data from this saved search that searches all fulfilled Sales Order transactions :
The saved search shows correct data and the custom field display correctly on the customer form.
However, I created another saved search and I included this custom field on the saved search but it is blank for all customers.
I can't understand why the custom field will have a value in the "defaulting" saved search and on the customer form, but yet, I can't get it to have a value on the customer saved search where I included that custom field.
