Hi Guys,

I hope you are all doing well and great!

I am having an issue while fetching the extension. It is showing Looking for Activation Manifest for poc.mazzellacompanies.com...

I dont know what the Looking for Activation Manifest issue is.

You can see the below screenshot also highlighted in red. It is not fetching all the extensions associated with the domain.

Please guys help me with this; it is an urgent issue. We are not able to make progress on the pending tasks. Please help us.
