Country Tax Reports for Mexico Localization with legacy

Actually we are working in production with legacy, is there an option to excecute the Country Tax Report for mexico with legacy? or we need to move to SuiteTax? Actually I can see this option in Sandbox (the environment where we are testing suite tax), and the report appears correctly (Image attached), is there any alternative to execute a similar report in legacy?
