User Password reset email not received

Hi

We have had an issue for awhile now where netsuite is not sending user the password reset emails when they are requested. I also had a user get locked out of their account this morning and the user access reset tool under setup was not unlocking the account even though it was giving me a successful message.

Where can I see the setup, if any?
