Understanding Tax Types and Tax Codes in SuiteTax

Hi there,

Having gone through this article, https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_4283869397.html#bridgehead_4283871397 I noted that I needed to switch the setting for 'Does Not Add To Transaction Total' on when creating a new tax type. We don't have SuiteTax so as per the guidance this option should be available in our account, however it is not. I have checked the role permissions and subsidiary tax settings and nothing seems missing there.

Has anyone come across this before and if so how did you resolve this?
