Quote to Sales Order via CSV

If you have an open Quote, but use a CSV to enter the sales order- is there a way to associate the Quote to the Sales Order CSV so that the Quote closes and converts to a Sales Order when the import is performed?

Currently I am converting the Quote to Sales order first then running the CSV upload for the sales order.
