Integrated shipping Labels and the printing of PO and Sales Order.

Why does the Reference Info not print the same between UPS and Fedex.

I have the settings set to the following:

The UPS label prints the Reference 1 as the Sales Order

The FedEx label prints Reference set to the Purchase Order.

I would like both labels to print PO and SO. How do I set this up?
