How to correct overpayments in payroll (Australia) that reflect tax and super
We have accidentally overpaid some staff and have calculated the correct gross, tax and super adjustments manually but need help with how to process this in NetSuite. We are an Australian company so a lot of the payroll corrections how to videos don't actually show the same menu options as what we can see in our file.
I have worked out how to enter one-off pay items in an Adjustment pay run for the gross amounts but when I preview the payslip before approving it, there is no amounts calculated for tax or super and I can't find a way to manually enter these.
