Password reset email not received
Hi there, a user requested a password reset for them. We followed the usual approach of Setup»Users/roles»User access reset tool. Provided the email address of the user and clicked initiate password reset.
The user hasn't received any email even after two days. They are monitoring their Spam/Junk folder just in case the email is there but it's not.
Have you experienced this before and how were you able to resolve?
