Change display name Netsuite community

I have followed the instructions in the NS community to change my display name, but even after complete logout / login I keep my old display name (User_IUY7H). I changed it on the account & setting page, had a green checkbox behind my display name, saved and then clicked on continue in the community page. Then logged out, logged back in, but it doesn't change.

It does change when I am loggin in but when I specifically go to the netsuite community page, it keeps the old (system-generated) display name.

Any options left?
