Handling Incorrect Barcode Scans
Hello
When our warehouse team are performing various tasks where a barcode scanner is used, the scanner or netsuite does not provide any feedback to the user if the wrong barcode was scanned. We're using a desktop PC with a USB scanner.
The 2 x big situations where this is a problem for us is during the item receipt or item fulfuilment.
An additional problem is that if a record contains 2 x lines with the same sku, netsuite can't move onto the second line.
I was wondering what other peoples approaches are for these scenarios.
