I need help with FarApp/Netsuite Connector.

I have been selling on Amazon Using FarApp for over 10 years. But since Netsuite acquired FarApp I can't get any support from Netsuite. Consequently it is not working properly and now all my items are being de-listed.

I think that my Amazon template is 7 years out of date I don't know how to update it. I seem to have multiple mapping in FarApp and I presume that one one is active and obsolete mappings need to be deleted. I think that there are some require fields which I am not uploading and so all my products are being rejected by Amazon. Netsuite is using a translation table to convert weights but I think it is a back end script and it has not been updated and so the units of measure are in a form that
