International shipping Integration setup

Greetings All.

We use the Netsuite shipping integration (not Ship Central) for our fulfillments. We would like to get the integrated shipping setup for international shipping with our FedEx and UPS accounts. Historically we just generated a shipping label, ETD commercial invoice and tracking number through the carrier's website. I believe I can do the basic setup to get international shipping enabled but I have a few questions.

  1. Is there a field to enter the HTS/Sched. B code for our inventory items that will populate to the ETD commercial invoice?
  2. How will Netsuite handle international shipments over USD2500 that require an EEI?
