restrict shipping item based on item

Hi all, does anyone know of a way to restrict shipping items based on the item item for SuiteCommerce Advanced?

For example, we have an item we would like to only be available to ship via ups, and even if they order it with another, regular, item, the entire order has to go UPS. They can't chose store pick up, they can't chose FedEx, etc.

Then we have another item that must go by internal mail or pick up, but cannot be mailed out.

Then we have items that are for pick up only and cannot be mailed out at all.
