Custom Segments Disappeared
Hi all,
We have enabled the custom segment feature from the Company > Enable Feature, in which we have created 3 custom segments.
The names of the 3 custom segments were Projects, Units and Employees.
One day, that we logged in the environment and we identified that the custom segments disappeared. Also, the custom records that are created the same time with the custom segments disappeared.
We have checked if we have inactivate them by mistake but this was not the case, as no inactive custom segments exist.
We have tried to create new custom segments with the same names as the other ones, but the system does not allow us to use the same name as the previous custom segments.
