Auditing 3rd Party Consultants

Hi! I'm trying to figure out a way to review what our 3rd party consultants are changing within our NetSuite account on a monthly basis (it's part of my month-end-close) but the report I'm getting appears to include not only more than I need, but is also hard for me to decipher what it's trying to tell me.

Does anyone else have experience with this type of report or how to reach the results I'm getting? The report I'm using is a User Transaction Search - thanks!
