Looking for advice on a Payment Processor that will allow us to accept payments in CAD

We are a US Based company that Invoices our Canadian customers in CAD and need a payment processor that will allow our customers to pay in CAD, convert the payment to USD and payout to us in USD without hitting us with a bunch of extra fees and terrible exchange rates. We are currently working with BlueSnap and while the process works much of the time, it is very cumbersome and problematic. Is anyone else working with a payment processor that provides this service?
