We created a Purchase Order, did a partial Item Receipt (with quantity greater than PO quantity
We created a Purchase Order, did a partial Item Receipt (with quantity greater than PO quantity — over-receipt), then created a Vendor Bill for the received quantity. Later, when clicking the “Material Receive” button (to finalize receipt/PO), NetSuite shows a generic error:
“An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.”
This prevents us from completing the material receive / receipt finalization.
