Sales Order incorrectly brought over as a "cash sale" instead of unbilled

Hi- We are newly live and discovered a Sales Order that was brought over from our old system incorrectly as a cash sale. It actually had not been invoiced or paid. We now need to create an invoice and I'm unsure how to go about doing that.
