Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (aka Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Prevent users from Saving an Inventory Transaction dated in a prior month
trying to work onthe best solution, customer wants to prevent users from posting inventory transactions such as Receipt, transfers, adjustments, fulfilments into an open prior period.
I have looked through various articles on settings options that prevent a mismatch between the date and the period on inventory transactions but have not found a solutionwhere the user changes the date of the transaction, which updates the period, but the period is a prior period that is still open, you can lock AR and AP but not inventory.
The situation is on the first few days of the new month, the site wants to be able to prevent the users from changing the date to the prior months date (or stop the period being updated which would then trigger the standard netsuite restrictions). Ideally based on a flag on the accounting period to say that Inventory is locked.
