Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Release Preview Error: The account you are trying to access is currently unavailable"
We were actively using our Release Preview account creating test records. We logged in on Friday and we got the following error message: "The account you are trying to access is currently unavailable"
We reached out to "premium support" on Friday to alert them that this high priority as we are mid testing the NS2 change. There is still no response of an update!
We recieved a email notice today to say our account will be purged if we have no activity for 7 days...... but we can't login!
Is anyone else experiencing this lock out? Our upgrade is not due to take place until April 18th, so we didn't expect to face this issue due to a expiry of the environment etc.
