NetSuite Shopify Connector Refund Sync Issue
We use NetSuite Connector with our Shopify Storefront. We have now come across the issue a few times where we create what is effectively an exchange in NetSuite where an item is returned, a credit memo is created and then applied to a new invoice. However, the connector is still picking up this fully applied CM and refunding the customer. So, the customer now has a new product and has also been refunded.
I noticed the setting Prevent NetSuite Connector from syncing credit memos to storefronts. Applies to all channels/accounts. is available in the connector, but the wording on this is not clear to me and I am not sure if it is what I need to toggle to prevent this.
