Custom Role Cannot access custom report it used to
I created a new subsidiary in the environment, which previously only had one. I have already set up the intercompany features and installed the Transaction Line Distribution SuiteApp. Everything is working as expected from an administrator perspective.
However, the custom roles are no longer able to access a custom General Ledger report that they were previously able to use. The only way I was able to access the report using the custom role was by enabling the “Allow Cross-Subsidiary Viewing” permission.
The customer would prefer not to grant this permission, as they do not want users to have visibility into the new subsidiary.
