Hi everyone,

I’m seeking clarification on expected behavior for Banking → Manual Import → Import with default parser (CSV).

I downloaded the CSV template directly from the same NetSuite import screen and populated it without changing formatting. However, the import fails immediately with “Invalid CSV header – Error 0010000000”, before any data rows are processed.

I also tried removing non‑essential columns and keeping only core fields, but the error still occurs at header validation.

Any clarification on intended behavior or best practice would be appreciated.
