Has anyone been able to link activities like tasks to custom records successfully yet? I would really like to use this feature but cannot get it working.

We also feel that the CSV export should give you a proper export and an easy way to do a restore. This is crucial as there is no other way for us to ensure that we can make a proper backup of our data. Does anyone know where one can read up on the backups done by Netsuite?
