Evan Where is the "payments list under the history tab?" In the vendor record, I do not have a history tab. I have the same problem. Payments can be 50+ invoices and many credits and there is no easy way to let a vendor know what invoices/credits we are paying. Thanks Jenni

There is nothing. Crazy isn't it? Seems like basic functionality. I copy and paste into a text edit program from the bill payment page, or print the pages from my browser and cut of the top of the page so the vendor doesn't see the bank balance. soooo slow today - taking 30 sec to a minute + to load pages. Can't work this way - anyone else?

We are loosing money because our website has become so slow. Takes 30-60 seconds sometimes to add an item to the cart. Customers just give up. Internally pages take forever to load sometimes. I am very frustrated by this situation. To top it off, my rep sent over a new contract jacking the price big time.

I talked to a few people at Live Person and they had no idea what I was talking about in regard to integration with Netsuite. Is there someone at Live Person who knows about the integration? I'd like to see it acutally work. Thanks.
