  • For those customers with paid support services we do answer all cases submitted online, however in the recent past we have taken longer to respond.   • I always ask myself that question "why are we still with NetSuite when it gives us all these issues and shortcomings?", and then that same answer comes to mind. Boy, if I could turn back the hands of time... As far as support on the forums, why would they give it away free? I suppose they could make a subforum specifically…
