Can there be this much difference in rates. I have an air shippment that I sent at $23.87. When I try to ship through Netsuite I get a charge of $99.00???:mad:

I am having the same problem with UPS. What I believe what is happening is NS is not recognizing the rate for more then 1 carton. For example - I created a test sales order that should have 2 cartons. 1 carton is because I checked the ship individually check box on the item setup. The other carton has the rest of the…

It's 5:10 pm in Kansas. Today I've been on hold for 87 minutes without any response from NetSuite Support. At 5 cents per minute thats under $5.00 if you don't count my time.

We're SILVER Support Customers and I have yet to get through to NetSuite in under 30 minutes any time I call. I've waited over 90 minutes before to get a call answered.
