  • Johana, You should be able to customize the location of the field by going into the transaction form pdf layout. The custom field should be appearing in the 'Border & Placement' tab (probably at the bottom). Make sure the custom field is checked as 'enabled' under the 'Custom Elements' tab.   • Here's the step-by-step I used to create a custom field and add it to the sales form: 1. Navigate to "Setup > Customization > Transaction Form PDF Layouts" 2.   • Also check the name of the form. If you're using the same form name it'll not work. I change the form name to include the item ID.
  • Thanks Bill, but that would put the 'border=0' part outside of the <img src> tag. I found a solution though...I don't think it was actually a 'border' as much as it was a background color showing through. I removed the 'table' information that wasn't necessary and got rid of the border that way. Thanks again!

  • Thomas, The correct way to delete the UPS Label without deleting the fulfillment would be to cancel the label through your UPS.com account. We occassionally run into this when we have a dropship and our shipping department failed to uncheck 'Integrated Label' when fulfilling the order. Hope this helps.
