Andrew - think you hit the nail on the head there! Apologies for my poor explanation, I'm not really the financial type and so a lot of the terminology is new to me! This is all about the profit & loss and balance sheet reports, for all of the accounts we hold we need to report in three different groups (statutory…

Thanks for the responses guys, much appreciated - I'm not following the solution properly though...! How do I allocate multiple classes? Have a class field in the account editing screen but only allows the selection of one! Many Thanks

Yes, we effectively have three levels of reporting against two statement types:

Management accounts
Statutory accounts level 1
Statutory accounts level 2

Balance sheet
P&L
(Thus six (3 x 2) custom financial statement layouts will be required.) Within each of the reporting…

Only the role which is to have access to it, departments; groups; employees & partners are all left blank / de-selected. I am fairly certain this is related to the role setup itself, for example, I can gain access to the report using the NS standard 'Accountant (Reviewer)' role (I'm assuming the report's 'audience' is…

Tried it from home and it works fine... (Even in FireFox!) Guessing it's a firewall issue of some description, although like I say it did work a couple of weeks back (at work.) Quite a funny one - will chat to our network guys next week and see if they can nail it. Kind Regards

I too am unable to access the saved Web Seminars, please could someone advise on this? Many Thanks

Tried in FireFox, WebEx doesn't seem to like it :( I'm using IE7, fairly certain it was working fine a couple of weeks back.
