Unfortunatley. there is no way to use the "reconcile" feature for this type of account. The only accounts that can be "reconciled" are bank and credit card.

So here's the reason you're having a problem. The fulfillment process is stricly and inventory/warehousing process and has nothing to do with an invoice or sales order. It makes sense that if you are populating at the fulfillment stage that you are adding data to a record that is different than the SO or Invoice.

Not possible, but when you adjust your inventory, you could either create a custom field to designate the transaction for use tax calculations or post the adjustment to a general ledger account that is used only to track the value of those items. No way to accrue the tax at the same time.

create a transaction search for opportunities, in the results make sure you include the transaction number, item and amount along with anything else you want. Group the results by number, count the items and sum the amount. When you save the search check off the box to make the search available as a dashboard view. This…

if you go to "lists>web site>categories you should be able to create new ones from there. You should be able to create the tree of categories and subcategories as you please.
