Issue Management is an add on Module, that you need to purchase.

Need help in pulling string name instead of internal id from a select field via script.

No real way that I was able to figure out. Our company has similar situation where we aquire a list and upload regularly. It would be nice if we can match data out of netsuite to see if those records already exist in Netsuite. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This morning our programmer have complain in regards to connection timinging out when creating SO's via webservices. Could this be related?

I belive the correct enhancement is 111478 : List >Search >Mass Duplicate >Record merge. Ability to Merge more than 10 duplicate records at a time.
