I would love to be able to get profitability, turnover, valuation, and current stock status in one report or search. I currently do most of our purchasing and inventory analytics in excel, which isn't exactly the shangri-la I was hoping for prior to our switch to Netsuite.

Would a custom field on the purchase order suit your needs? We've created one called "container #" which allows us to sort and filter by container.
