How exactly are you re-directing to the categories? are you hardcoding it or putting something in another category item set up?

It looks like this has been fixed for regular URLs. But what about redirects? Those are still case-sensitive. Any takers for making those case-insensitive? We, too, are frustrated by not being able to easily restrict shipping methods by region. This feature needs to be added. I've voted for it, but we'll see how long it takes.

I see some older threads on this topic....but can't tell whether the current version of NetSuite's UPS intergration does a lookup (e.g. in UPS database?) to validate whether an address is residential or commercial. Does it?
