How on earth did this get dorked up in the first place? Please don't tell me your developers were playing with things during the busiest week of the year. If so, the project manager should be fed to a pack of angry wolverines and the developers sent to Siberia to dig trenches with plastic spoons.

Same problem here with "Save and Bill" (our normal work flow) at least it's not anything we've done, but this is pathetic! I discovered that the programmers hard-coded the Shopping Cart menus instead of building them dynamically. One problem solved, another to be fixed!
