We had that field; the trouble is that My Teams is actually driven by the employees supervisor not the teams in which they participate! Our resolution was to create views that included both the group as well as the employees. This workaround is okay; however, it will be a maintenance headache for HR.

I love Ruby, and frankly, I'm considering writing this integration project in it, but the rest of my team is microsoft based. I've chosen c# and having the same problem you reported; any thoughts?

For what it is worth, I've experienced this same issue with the issue_module list. It never comes back with values, and I presume that's because it is linked to the products field. Why is this functionality even exposed? There is no way to programmatically use/alter these functions.
