okay getting fedback from support. i multiloc and a customer prefered language different user language. in transaction print button allowed print in customer language.

i found a solution for my own case: <#list record.createdfrom?split("#") as x> <#if x_index==1> <td>${x}</td> </#if></#list> but for futher hope working with substring. thx a lot
