Hello jasonkhoo, It is very simple, on the import option page there is a field to specify the delimiter. By default delimiter is a pipeline ( | ). However you can also provide the delimiter of your own choice. Just specify the delimeter and you're done. :) See the attach screen-shot for more details

Olivier Thanks for your response. I checked with your solution but it seems to be ineffective. Is there anything else I'm missing here ?
