Hi @Janet P, Thank you for your response. I have also observed that several critical enhancement requests are currently pending for voting. Hi @Alex Joves -Oracle, Kindly review this query and take the necessary action to help secure a positive resolution, as this is a serious matter that is significantly impacting our…

Hi @Aly Magpantay-Oracle, In this regard, I have submitted Enhancement #868168 – Line-Level Contra Identification & Enhanced GL Drill-Down Reporting. Kindly circulate this within the community to encourage voting and help gather broader support. All community members are requested to register and cast their vote. Thank you.

Hi @Richard James Uri-Oracle Thanks for your response. I have attempted all known and applicable approaches; however, we are still unable to achieve the desired result. When we set the value of the Auto Roll No custom field via patterned or script within the Inventory Detail (Lot Assignment section), the system…

Hi @Aly Magpantay-Oracle thanks for your reply. We've customized the report using General Ledger, but it lacks the flexibility and line-level options mentioned above.
-
Thanks @markbell10. it's resolved.
-
Hi @Tigran Shahnazaryan Thanks for your reply. I have tested both Transaction and System Notes saved search types; however, I am unable to find any option that captures line-level system notes. The available fields appear to be limited to master/header-level records only. It would be appreciated if you could share any…

Hi @Francesca Nicole Mendoza-Oracle, Thanks for your reply. I have explored the functions provided in the link above and found that my advanced requirements cannot be fully met using the BUILTIN.HIERARCHY(parent, 'IDENTIFIER_SEPARATED') function. While it can address the needs in a limited way, it does not fully support…

Hi @Tigran Shahnazaryan, Thanks for your response. Hi @Trixie Amora-Oracle , Are there any current enhancements available for it?

Hi @John Griffin & @Shorin Rio Daa-Oracle, Yes, it became visible after clearing the cache. However, it appears to show only partial history. It does not capture cases where an item is replaced or deleted from the Component section. Is there a method or configuration that allows tracking of replaced or removed items in the…
-
Hi @John Griffin & @Shorin Rio Daa-Oracle, I am unable to see the component-level history link - which shows whether an item was replaced, updated (old and new values), or if any related column changes were made - even after the upgrade to 2025.2. Could you please guide me on the steps or share a workable link to access it?
-
Hi @Francesca Nicole Mendoza-Oracle, Thanks for your response. The above approach works only in a limited capacity and requires significant development effort. If you could also recommend any alternative method or a third-party integration tool that can help replicate the NetSuite schema along with data into an on-prem SQL…

Hi @Jam Amper-Oracle, Thanks for your response. I reviewed the related enhancement request and noted that it was submitted in 2012 and is still pending, which is quite disappointing - especially considering that this report is essential for organizations to analyze how long inventory items have been held in stock. The…

Yes, the issue has been resolved through technical support during an online session, where they replaced and updated the script files.

Hi @Trixie Amora-Oracle & @Shorin Rio Daa-Oracle I appreciate your response and follow-up. However, my query seems to have been misunderstood. I'm looking for a comprehensive tracking framework that spans from Customer Sales Order to Group Invoice, integrating data from Customers, Items, Transactions, and Manufacturing.…

Can someone please assist with my query? If not, could you point me to relevant SuiteAnswers or enhancement requests so I can review and vote on them?
-
This isn't an argument, but a logical discussion. If a master data item has no related records or transactions, it should be possible to update it. @Alex Joves -Oracle Could you please point me to any relevant SuiteAnswers or enhancement requests so we can review and vote on them?
-
It seems restrictive that we can't modify an item's primary unit even there are no transactions or related records. Since there are no stock or financial implications, it would be more practical to allow changes instead of forcing us to mark the item as inactive or delete it.

Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle Thank you for your response. I've implemented the suggested solution, but the issue persists. My requirement is to create, update, or load data from other records or entities without direct access using a specific role, all through backend scripting without user interaction or…
-
Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle, The issue has been resolved for most scripts with Server-Side/User Events execution, as they allow setting the Execute As Role field to Administrator in the Script Deployment. However, this option is not available for Client-Side (i.e. Field Changed etc.) Scripts. Is there a way to…

Hi, Any positive response on above ?
-
Hi @Alex Joves -Oracle, Thanks for your reply. This is a critical matter causing a data security breach due to a loophole in the security layer. ☹️ Given its severity, I request this issue be treated as a critical enhancement requiring immediate attention. It shouldn't follow the normal voting mechanism, which can take…

Resolved. Thanks

Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle, any update on above ?
-
Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle Thanks for your response. The first matter has been resolved through QuickView, i really thanks for it, whereas the second matter is required your guidance. Currently, we are referencing some standard transactions (e.g., SO, PO) in different custom records and loading data by joining…

Thanks @Tris Mendoza-Oracle. Is there any workaround or settings to avoid this issue?
-
Thanks @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle , As per documentation "Enabling the Advanced Item Location Configuration feature removes the limitation of having a maximum allowance of 100 location records." still, we are facing the limitation of 100 supply plan definition even though we have enabled this feature. Please advise on it.

hi @Angela Bayliss, Could you please confirm the weblink and provide information about the paid add-on module you are referring to?

Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle, I have checked but am unable to add multiple selections as it's showing only a simple text box to add filter values. I have tried to copy and paste the values from another list, but this approach does not work. i.e. "Trade Payables : Trade Creditors : Creditors For Goods - Foreign Trade…

Hi @Niks Blando-Oracle , We have added several fields to the standard forms after creating copies of the standard templates. Additionally, we have created multiple record types, custom segments, fields, and forms to accommodate localization requirements, authorities' demands, and custom payroll and production processes.

Thanks @Jeremy Guimaras -Oracle for your reply. I've made customizations to the General Ledger report in the Finance Section. However, we've encountered a limitation where the Contains (IN Clause) / Not Contains (NOT IN Clause) filters are not available as shown below: 2. We need to utilize the Contains (IN Clause) filter…
