thanks Lyka, So what i got in the total box after the above, is just the sum of the items weight. e.g, if i have 200 of lien 1 at 20kg each, and 100 of line 2 at 10kg each, then the amount in the box is 30kg, rather than 5000kg?

hello, sorry i missed that - as below is the custom line formular. when i was working through answer id 76850, i had it as {line.quantity}*{line.item.weight}. KR

Thanks Michelle, so i did that, and it didnt make any difference to the dashboard etc. what i did fine that on the form i have managed to get this view, which is on the customer form, giving the correct data - the 2 linked invoices - is there no way to refect this on there actual dashboard? Aaron
